| Public Hearing on Atlantic Striped Bass Draft Addendum I The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC) and Atlantic coastal states from Maine to North Carolina have scheduled hearings to gather input on Draft Addendum I to Amendment 7 to the Atlantic Striped Bass Interstate Fishery Management Plan (FMP). The Draft Addendum considers allowing voluntary transfers of striped bass ocean commercial quota between states that have ocean quota. Anglers and interested groups are encouraged to virtually attend New Jersey’s public hearing webinar to provide input on the Draft Addendum.
